How many of you who are Urban voters regardless political philosophy, think your views and way of life are ?
Q. superior to those in rural areas. Now dont come in here and everyone say they dont think that because I have seen it over and over again. Be honest. Im not being predjudiced or angry, only asking people to step up and be honest. Now saharas comment is what Im talking about. Because they prefer one way of life the rest of us are uneducated hicks.

A. I wont say that I'm better or worse than you, but I do think that the city and the country are two different worlds. For example, in the country, guns are a must have. You can't wait for an hour for the police to arrive out there, you need to take matters into your own hands. In the city, if you have a gun and the thief steals that gun, then the thief has a gun. See the difference. I also think that the vote of more rural America is very swayed by religion. I don't know what's right or what isn't as far as god is concerned, but I think it's frightening that the churches are making such a big difference in our political affairs. This country was founded on escape from religious persecution, but that message seems to have been lost.… [cont.]
